  26. HDToolbox will *not* work correctly with the Xetec controller. 
  27. Xetec is one of the older controllers out there and while it 
  28. uses RDB the format is slightly off from the current
  29. standard.

  31. Anyhow, with that out of the way, I have no problems
  32. using the Zip with my Xetec controller in an A2000.   I use
  33. SCSI tools to prep the drive, selecting one of the 
  34. embedded controller options as drive type (never seems
  35. to matter which one).  Then, I format with the Partitions
  36. program.  No problems.  Xetec's watchdog program allows zip
  37. disks to be swappe w/o problem.

  39. I've even got PC Zips to read correctly and the 
  40. electronic eject to work.  Now, if I could only format
  41. the ZipTools Zipdisk, all would be right with the world :-)
